Star Wars/SideshowSideshow Star Wars CollectiblesSideshow began by releasing very detailed 1/4 scale Star Wars statues and busts. Hasbro the previous licensee of Star Wars 1/6 scale figures decided to abandon their 1/6 scale license to focus on better selling Star Wars collectibles lines. They formed an alliance with Hasbro to produce and distribute 1/6 scale figures. At Toyfair in 2007 Sideshow expanded their Star Wars offering once again by creating 1/9 scale versus dioramas based of key scenes in the Star Wars films.
