Fall is almost here and that means all our favorite shows should be starting up soon. So here is a list of premiers and for the shows I'll be catching this fall. While not a complete list, this should be some of the best shows coming this fall.
New Shows:
Fringe: 9/9/2008 @ 8:00
J.J. Abrams new X-Files type show about FBI agents investigating strange phenomena. Can he hit gold again??
Dollhouse: 1/2009
This has been pushed back until 2009, but I'll definitely be checking out Joss Whedon's new show about agents that have their memory erased after each mission.
Knight Rider: 9/24/2008 @ 8:00
I liked the pilot movie enough to check this out in the fall. I'm not sure if this is a keeper or not.
My Own Worst Enemy: 10/13/2008 @ 10:00
Christian Slater comes to TV as his "Own Worst Enemy" in this take on Dr. Jeckyll and Mr. Hyde. Slater stars as Henry, living a normal suburb life, one minute and Edward, an operative who is trained to kill, the next. What I've seen so far looks good.
Returning:
The Simpsons: 9/28/2008 @ 8:00
With a new deal in place The Simpsons returns for season 20. While the recent seasons aren't as funny as the best seasons, it is still one of the funiest shows on TV.
Family Guy: 9/28/2008 @ 9:00
Look for an Empire Strikes Back parody this season, but not for the premier.
South Park: 10/08/2008 @ 10:00
The boys are back again.
Survivor: 9/25/08 @ 8:00
Survivor returns.
Smallville: 9/18/08 @ 8:00
Clark is back, but this time without Lex to spoil his fun. How will the show work without Lex??
Heroes: 9/22/08 @ 9:00
I haven't caught season 2 yet, but I heard it didn't live up to season 1, so hopefully this season will be better.
Bones: 9/3/2008 @ 8:00
Our favorite FBI agent and Anthropologist team come back to solve more grisly murders in this two hour season premier.
Terminator: 9/8/2008 @ 8:00
The first season was a major disappointment, so hopefully they can turn this series around.
Lost: 2009
I haven't seen the last season of Lost yet, so I don't know what to expect, but it should be good. Look for this to premier early in 2009.
24: 11/23/2008 & 1/2009
Look for a two hour special to bridge the gap between season 6 and 7 before the new season begins in January.
