Hero by Night Returns

Winner of the 2006 Comic Book Challenge, Hero by Night returns with its first issue in its ongoing series. Jack has returned to his normal life of being a landlord and his life with Roz after his heroics in the four part comic earlier this summer.

D.J. Coffman continues writing, illustrating and lettering the comic with the help of James Patrick in the writing department and Jason Embury on colors. The artwork and writing continue to be excellent. After returning to his normal life Jack, just can't seem to move on from his earlier adventures and his desire to put the costume back on. But his return doesn't go quite as planned and draws out a new menace. While it is just getting started, I can't wait to see what is waiting in the months to come.

If you haven't read Hero by Night definitely check it out. This looks to be one of the best runs going right now.
