About XeQUae

I started www.XeQUae.com in March 2006 as a news and information site for collecting, movies, television, comics and more. It is inspired by Digg.com and Wikipedia.org. The front page is designed as a Digg type news site where users can submit, vote and comment on stories. The Collecting Wiki is a wiki for action figures and collectibles of all kinds.

The work on developing the site has been done by me. Most of the content so far has been submitted by me, but hopefully that will change as time goes on.

Drupal Information

The site uses Drupal as its CMS, which has greatly increased the functionality of the site and made development faster and easier. The two most important modules are Vote Up/Down module for the Digg style news section and Liquid module for the Collecting Wiki section as well as several other very valuable modules.
